Delivery Policy


How much do we charge for delivery?

UK Delivery is free of charge on all orders over £50. If your order is between £5.01 and £50.00, our delivery service costs £3.95 per order. We will charge you for the delivery only once for each order, if we need to send the order in more than one consignment the delivery charge will remain the same. The delivery charge will automatically be deducted at checkoutFor deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern/Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands there is a delivery charge of £19.95 for orders of any value


Exceptions & Restrictions

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland, but geographical locations and carrier availability can restrict our service

How quickly will I receive my order?

Goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order when items are in stock. Once an order is dispatched, the order is normally delivered the following day, although you should allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery.

Stock availability

We source our products from a selection of choose sources in the UK. Our product range does include items which require special orders. Once a back-ordered item as arrived in the warehouse we will ship as above. Due to our large inventory of products, it is not always possible to have everything in stock and some of these products will be sent directly to you from our manufacturers and distributors. We will endeavor to notify you of any possible delays that may occur. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation. The vast majority of our products are held in stock in warehouses and as such are available for immediate despatch

International costs?


Please be aware, that for logistical and legal reasons, not everything we sell is eligible for international delivery; electrical products are one example. Please note that the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland count as the UK, not International delivery.


Do we replace damaged or lost goods during transit?

Yes absolutely, please check your product as soon as it arrives then please notify us immediately on receipt of any damaged goods and we will replace or refund the item.

Do our parcels require a sign 

Our items are sent by courier and they require the parcel to sign for. If for any reason you are not available to accept and sign for the delivery, you can leave a message of delivery instructions at the checkout stages. For instance, you may request that your parcel is left with a neighbour, or left behind a gate. Our couriers will leave the parcel in a place if they feel that it is safe enough to do so.

Alternatively, in the courier will endeavour to deliver three times after such you will need to collect the parcel from your nearest depot.
